Where do your products come from?
Douce Patte is a French brand. Our products are sourced from selected manufacturers in Asia and in Europe, chosen for the quality of their materials and the care they put into production. That's what allows us to offer sturdy products at an accessible price, where exclusively European manufacturing would double the prices. Every item goes through the same selection before joining our range: quality of materials, buyer feedback, reliability of the manufacturer. Some of our items also ship from France or Germany.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is processed within 24 to 48 hours, then delivered in 3 to 5 working days in France and Europe, or 5 to 7 working days to Canada and the United States, with a tracking number. Full details on the Delivery page.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes. We deliver to all of Europe (European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway…) for €2.90, free over €70, with the same delivery times as France. We also deliver to Canada and the United States for €9.90: processed within 48 hours, then 5 to 7 working days. Outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient. What warranty do your products have?
All our products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. On top of that, you have 30 days after delivery to change your mind, no questions asked. A defect or a missing part? Write to us with your order number.
Can I pay in instalments?
We accept cards, Apple Pay and PayPal — the simplest at checkout. Klarna (pay in instalments) is also available, subject to eligibility. All payments are secure.
How do I choose the right size?
