Return and refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. Beyond the legal period, we offer a commercial guarantee: if an item doesn't suit you, you have 30 days from delivery to let us know and request a refund. Write to us at bonjour@ducepatte.com with your order number.

Legal right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay any penalty.

How to return an item

Contact us at bonjour@ducepatte.com with your order number; we will send you the return address. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund

Once the returned item has been received and checked, we refund the full amount paid (product + initial standard delivery costs) within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the original order.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: products unsealed after delivery, perishable products, and personalised or custom-made products (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

Damaged or incorrect item

If you receive a defective, damaged or non-compliant item, contact us immediately at bonjour@ducepatte.com with a photo. We will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
