Delivery areas

We deliver to mainland France, all of Europe (European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City, Gibraltar, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Faroe Islands, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia), as well as Canada and the United States.

Delivery costs

Mainland France — free delivery, no minimum order.
Europe (including Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the United Kingdom) — €2.90 for orders under €70, free delivery from €70.
Canada and United States — €9.90 per order.

For orders placed in another currency (Swiss franc, pound sterling, US or Canadian dollar), these amounts are converted at the current exchange rate and shown before you confirm payment.

Delivery times

Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery is then estimated, from dispatch and excluding weekends and public holidays, at:

3 to 5 working days for France and Europe;
5 to 7 working days for Canada and the United States.

Duties and taxes

Within the European Union, no additional customs charges are due on delivery.

For destinations outside the European Union (in particular Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Canada and the United States), local VAT or import taxes and any customs duties and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
