General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the website ducepatte.com, operated by Aissous Abdelmalek, micro-entrepreneur (see Legal Notices).

1. Acceptance of the GTC

Any order placed on ducepatte.com implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC. The buyer declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

2. Products

The products offered comply with French legislation. The photographs and descriptions are provided for indicative purposes only. In the event of an error or omission, our liability cannot be engaged.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Douce Patte reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without notice. The prices displayed at the time of the order are final.

4. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the provided address. Douce Patte reserves the right to cancel any suspicious order or in case of unavailable stock.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, securely via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. The transaction is encrypted (SSL).

6. Delivery

Delivery is free within Metropolitan France. The order is prepared within 24 to 48 hours, and receipt occurs within 3 to 5 business days. These timeframes are provided for indicative purposes and do not constitute a firm commitment. In case of delay, the customer may cancel their order if the delay exceeds 30 days.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return.

8. Legal Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years — art. L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

9. Liability

Douce Patte cannot be held liable for indirect damages that may arise from the use of its products. Douce Patte's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact our customer service at bonjour@ducepatte.com. Failing an amicable resolution within 30 days, the customer may resort to consumer mediation via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
